The Knowledge Transfer Network event – HELPING AGRI-FOOD BUSINESSES TO INNOVATE

The launch of the Food Innovation Network (FIN) will take place on 24th October 2016 at the National Agri-Food Innovation Campus, Sand Hutton. The FIN will be an important part of the Government’s 25 year Food and Farming Plan and will tackle the barriers identified by the Food Research Partnership.

Objectives of the day:

  • Providing information and support to innovators in Food, Agriculture and across the Food System
  • Raising awareness of the support that the Food Innovation Network can provide
  • Creating opportunities for collaboration and networking to stimulate innovation

The Food Innovation Network (FIN) is a UK-wide body linking existing food support activities to help food and farming business innovate. The FIN signposts and connects food and farming businesses to information, funding, research, expertise and tools to help develop new business ideas.
